Sorry to hear you are having problems accessing your account. Here are a couple of things to check:
- Remember account names are case sensitive. Do you have capital letters in the right places?
- Is your browser up-to-date?
- Have you confirmed your email address?
- Are you trying to log in via Facebook Connect? If so, be sure to follow the steps here.
- Have you lost your password? You can request a new password here. Once there, enter your username, and click the "forgot your password?" link. You will then be sent an email with a new temporary password. You can use this to sign in and update your password to one of your choice.
